Have you tried refreshing, restarting the browser?

Works perfect here which would make me think it is bell, telus, shaw or something like that having trouble.

tried it on IE and firefox, and chrome on my phone.

I can get to it fine so it is up.

It just appears unavailable to some.

I don't have any special connection to the server, i use internet from the phone company.

You may have it cached on your computer or ISP from looking at it recently when it was up, that's why you can still see it.
But I tried two different providers across 3 browsers and the site will not come up.

It is unavailable to some.

On my Telus phone it does not work
On my Dsl it works.
