I may have said yes as the triggers of attraction for dating and companionship of women is the same whether a woman is GG or TG. I think that's something you may have to decide for yourself, ultimately. Personally, I think it's totally possible to be straight and still see transgender escorts. There's a lot of reasons people can be attracted to trans women; they often have a very heightened femininity, they tend to put a lot of effort into their appearance, heck even just because they're more unique than 'genetic girls' (GG). The thing you need to remember is that a sex organ isn't the only definition of who someone is. If you find yourself attracted to MtF trans ladies, perhaps consider how you feel towards FtM trans guys; they may have the opposite sex organ, but that doesn't mean you're attracted to them.
