I just discovered Sumaya today. OMG! I fell in love with her immediately.

She has recently had SRS surgery. Sumaya looks great.....even better than before but like I said, has fully transitioned.

She is very pretty. She was very upfront in her ads that she was having srs before the operation so it is no big secret.
