This sounds like a fun night, a no-pressure social setting where people can actually talk. That's the thing that always bugged me about Goodhandy's, sitting at the bar, getting hit on to buy girls expensive drinks, getting pressured constantly to go to a VIP room. It kind of reminded me of all those many so called "scumatoriums" in New York City, REALLY not my cup of tea. ($5 for a peep show, $50 for a social disease lol)

Speaking of alleys ... many years ago, a TS in NYC aggressively tried to get me off as she grabbed for my fly in an alley while walking back to my hotel room from the bar.

I thought it was probably a good way to get arrested, so I pushed her away and discovered her hand on my wallet. Got angry, told her to fuck off ... suddenly Mr. Pimp appeared out of no where, gave me a death stare and the two then walked off arm in arm. Kept my mouth shut in fear of getting gunned down.
