Seems like any man who gets that surgery due to an accident would probably sexually function like 80% less due to the tissue damage even after it heals. Im 48 and if a doctor said to me, "you can get a penis transplant and function like a 20 year old again". I'd say well please connect the new cock by MICRO surgery like all the possible millions of nerve endings or tissue must be joined perfectly with precision so microscopically that it would heal immediately with no scarring of any kind.
