Ok without pointing out names what's with all these T-girls getting massive breast implants and still have no female nipples just spreading out their teenie male nipples more. Gross!! Cosmetic surgeons can do nipple augmentation to give you female nipples if you haven't gotten any through hormones. Just an FYI

The only thing I'll be doing is increasing the mammary fold and eliminating/hiding the scars.. I doubt very much I'll ever get surgery on my nipples for fear of sensation loss..

Wasn't singling you out have seen this on many but No you won't lose sensitivity as they use fat transfer or skin graft I know I had it done and nipples are very sensitive

You see so many TG's with big implants that have zero fold under them which is not what a normal breast looks like.. Also you see many that have 3-4" of space between their boobs rather than less than 2".. That's why I'm more concerned with that than my nipples (which I'm very happy with)..

Unlike many other tgirls I like women every bit as much as men.. I get lots of variety in boobs.. Athena, one of my female duo partners has nipples that are identical to mine.. and she loves sucking on my boobs.. actually most women seem to really enjoy them.. lol..

It's only been 4.5 months since I had them upgraded to 800CC.. they're dropping down nicely, nice and soft, the gap between them is 1.5cm and the fold is increasing just like the Dr said it would.. Definitely some women do have smaller nipples and as long as you are happy with what you have that's all that is important. As for women's nipples I was only with women since I started dating in high school until I came out of the closet and began to transition and I found the women with the smaller breasts had the best nipples Guess that must just be my thing I like something to pull into my mouth to suck on when sucking on a women's boobs maybe I didn't get enough breast feeding as a baby I might get mine redone as I really want the puffy 3D areolas plus nipples that stick out like pencil erasers when I'm in tank tops, bikinis etc.

And yes I agree there are a lot of fake looking or poorly done breast implants. Mine were more firm when I first got them but have had additional breast tissue growth over them so now they are very soft and have a natural drop to them but not necktie tits lol.
