I don't know what type of clients you are seeing but....
Maybe the problem is not the client, maybe it's the way you market yourself in a way that attracts these "oppressed" men. Things like acting like Dr. Phil and voicing opinions that are a little out of this world or writing a "Sex Therapy" thread might have an impact on attracting clients that have issues with both their personal and sex life as well their sexuality.
Act like a doctor and you will see sick people.....
