I am, of course, just kidding around. The odds of you catching something with what you described is pretty low, and if you were with a well reviewed TS then it was highly unlikely she had anything. If you met some random CD off of craigslist then you may have cause to investigate further.

I agree fully with what Vancouver man has said just above. I too would suggest that overall, the chances of infection are probably pretty slight.

In some ways, the answer to your question might depend upon what you meant by ?slight penetration?! - Did you mean slight as in ?brief? or slight as in ?depth of insertion? or possibly both?

From your description it appears that your partner only came outside and after any possible insertion might have occurred, which is at least a somewhat positive aspect from an HIV aspect.

FWIW though, the anus and it?s internal areas are covered with mucous membranes which are very susceptible to infection. While this may seem counter-intuitive, maybe you should see her again soon, and seriously be open to having something long-term with her. Maybe she really doesn't normally go bare and did with you because she feels a genuine connection with you. It seems absurd to say when on another thread here, you have a guy advertising his bareback tgirl website, so I'm clearly not speaking for everyone, but in a lot of cases, if a guy uses a condom, it means he doesn't feel like he's really committing to anything and he feels an inherent risk in being with you, which is why a lot of guys freak out when the condom breaks. It also means he probably wouldn't have had sex if condoms weren't available. Not everyone thinks this way though obviously, especially for those who don't care about their own health or that of others, and there are sometimes random decisions people make in the heat of the moment, and while I'm talking about guys here, it should be relevant for some pre-op / non-op tgirls too.
