If she chooses not to reveal her face, why even make a comment about it? It is up to the individual who work in this biz to reveal themselves with pics or not. Well, if you don't mind to show your face online to everybody and everywhere and don't care to be discrete, that's your choice and your right, but it's the same for somebody who chooses not to show his/her face online.
