How big your muscles are, how hairy, how deep your voice, etc.
All related to how ingrained masculine traits and features are in your person.

I don't inherently associate masculinity or femininity with either role. Someone can bottom and be masculine, just as they can top and be feminine, it just depends on how you carry and present yourself.
