Well, after a brief look, there are a bunch of ads for Australia under Natalia Oreiro instead of Delatour, with an age of 27 instead of 26, a different number (this one has a Californian area code?), and a slightly different writing style. There may be reviews on punterplanet.com if you feel like going through their validation. Otherwise, her ads are relatively consistent and she may just be touring.
