I know this has been answered but was wondering if there was a difference between a vaginal dough and an enema, wanted to give the pre game cleanse a try but wasn't able to located an enema at my local shoppers just a vaginal douch , any help ?

Go to the Drugs department and the aisle that has laxatives and stomach medications.

I always use the Fleet Enema Regular 130mL. It is very effective and makes the penetration feel so much better as you don't fear of making a mess.
Your mate will also be more keen on diving deeper inside you which will make the intercourse so much more enjoyable for both of you

Read that through for better information! The kit described there, or one very like it, is available in most pharmacies, if not in the laxative section then in the feminine products section and can be used for both male or female cleansing. It will provide a far better cleanse that the common Fleet enema which often must be repeated after the initial chemical purge since there may still be a lot of stuff still left in there that will become embarrassingly evident during penetration. To get this extra flush some fleet users refill the bottle one or more times with water for an extra flush but effective cleansing is still questionable.

In the Fleet there are rather strong chemicals involved in producing that initial purge by causing the lower bowel to violently expel it’s contents.

For male anal douching a soap product would normally be used (in hospitals e.g. a pouch of common castille soap in liquid form is provided for enemas). Dish soap is commonly used by many individuals. It must be gentle and not be harsh like laundry soap!

Vaginal douching would require a totally different solution such as a commercial female douche available either in powder or liquid form that is acidic in nature. These contain chemicals suited only for vaginal health and are of no use in the kind of cleansing as males are searching for. (some women prefer at times to use a weak vinegar mix)

Before hearing my answer I ended up located an anal douche at a sex shop kinda works along the lines of a turkey baster , feels amazing but don't think I'm getting that complete flush like many of the previous threads have claimed, gonna attempt inserting in some of the positions I saw on the fleet image in the earlier post and if not try and purchase a more traditional style enema at a drug store, appreciate the feed back guys, now only if someone would help me on my other thread about safest bet to receive a cim session and id be set
