The same way you find a woman....Heres a hint, are you ready? You have to get up from your computer, go out and socialize.
The reason you are not going to find a transexual who will "actually date guys for free" is because these woman don't go around announcing there sercet.....I hate to come across as a dick in these posts, but either your REALLY nieve or just ignorant.

Plus, alot of 'tranny lovers' only want sex...They don't want to be seen in public with them. They don't want to take them shopping, dinner, clubbing, or even a movie. At times there are even worse reasons, Like some gents actually have girlfriends and wives.
