              Try it through a different Explorer. Internet Explorer makes it fail for me but not with my other Explorer. Try MSN Browser.

                      Clips where what I meant but I'll do the best I can. I have some on DVD to convert to AVI and I have some already on AVI. I have to go throught the discs.
