What's the deal with CBJ? Are the girls OK with it?

More and more women are doing CBJ ONLY. I am not sure where you get the sense that "most do bbbj".. I am not sure that is the case.
Covered oral is really different from one client to the next. Some women will advertise CBJ only , but will BBBJ a regular or someone they have good chemistry with. Sometimes a BBBJ person will ask for covered if they are uncomfortable with the person they are seeing. Some are 100% firm on CBJ with no negotation no matter what.
They may seem surprised you specifically ask for CBJ, because, literally, almost everyone asks for bare oral, and often guys get pissy and whiney if they don't get it.
This should not be a conversation when things heat up. My personal advice to you is to say it when arranging the appointment. "technical" questions like this are always awkward when they happen in the heat of naked bodies rolling around together. Who really wants to talk about condom protocols when you are naked, the heart is pumping, the cocks are hard, and you just want to have sex. Deal with it in advance

Personally, I specify that I offer BBBJ. But I do screen my prospective clients before I see them. If I can't see myself giving them a BBBJ, then I'd probably respectfully refuse the client. In the event that I did accept the client, but I happen to have a cut on my lip that day, or I notice a sore on the client's penis, then I would insist on CBJ with a reduced rate or offer them a chance to cancel. I'm rather paranoid, but I do think CBJ is rather silly. Still, better be safe than sorry
