It's not near Samui or Phuket.
The closest Tourist area would be in Hua Hin.
I don't think there is ladyboy bars in Phetchaburi but you are only 2 hours or so from Bangkok.

It's easy to find ladyboys pretty much anywhere in Thailand, except very small villages or towns, but they're still around, just not many. They are always up for sex too. I'm actually sick of having sex with ladyboys. I'm over it.
