Re: Adult Friend Finder: To pay or not to pay?

Yeah, I kind of got that impression. I actually ended up deleting someone from my Hotlist after I realized they were using a pic of Vida Guerra for their profile image. Most of the images people use are probably BS anyway.

I did get a nibble but unfortunately I can't respond because I'm only a standard member. She seems a little too good to be true, I have this nagging feeling "she's" going to turn out to be some porn spammer's lure but I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Stay away from AM (Amateur Match). It is a bogus site. I kept getting 10 emails a day from "women" wanting to meet me. Unfortunately for them I'm a rat pack and keep all emails so I was able to match different profile pics with different names and the same profile. I reported it to the site and they said they would look into it. They never did as I kept getting the same emails. Obviously it was the site itself sending the emails. Trying to lure a lonely, short, bald, fat, broke, unemployed guy like me to pay for a membership. I contacted the site admin again and they didn't respond so I cancelled my membership. They didn't argue. So here I am.

It's a good thing I used a fake e-mail address to sign up for AFF. My prospect is an older woman so that's why I have a feeling that "she's" going to turn out to be a lure for a MILF/Cougar porn site.

Apparentely AFF is bad for that. Of course, if it turns out she's legit and we get together, I'll be VERY happy!

I agree it's a waste of money. though I had a gold profile and got a few responses, nothing ever come of it. There is a one profile..can't remember but it was an asian girl(suzie wong maybe)..had an auto reply that stated she would entertatine anyone for 75 bucks. but I never followed up.

Re: Adult Friend Finder: To pay or not to pay?

Well, finally had a chance to e-mail my prospect. Haven't heard back from her and I don't expect to for a couple of days since, apparentely, her career keeps her busy.

Had a look at some of the photos in her private album and a couple of them look like they were professionally shot. She probably is nothing more than a lure for a MILF/Cougar porn site but I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Still, there is the possibility that she's for real. I doubt it but you never know.

Well, until I actually speak to her on the phone and meet her face-to-face, I'm approaching this with a healthy dose of skepticism.

Re: Adult Friend Finder: To pay or not to pay?

In the past I have had a great deal of success with AFF. I don't use it anymore as I have moved on from that point in my life. However, I used it for a couple of years and was getting laid as a result 1-2 times per month. Quite a few were threesomes, and the odd one was a bi-3sum, so I had the chance to discover alot. It was fun, but hey, I just moved on, because it was getting a little less exciting, a little too easy to get laid, and well, there are some freaky people out there. Some of these swingers just are in it for the wrong reasons as well, and I just start feeling sorry for them. Must have been my damn conscience. My only tip is to be honest, don't be generic, and post a pic of yourself and not of your dick. And if you want privacy, post the dick shot as your main, and a good one of yourself (not a close close up) in the private section so that you have to be a paying member to see it. And yes, you have to pay to play. You won't get hits if you are not gold or silver. Trust me it helps if you are confident in your looks.

Re: Adult Friend Finder: To pay or not to pay?

I have gotten a few views and, like I said, apparentely someone is interested in hooking up with me.  She seems a little too good to be true and, based on past experience, I'm not counting on anything until I actually speak to and meet this woman.

I have two shirtless pix, one of my ass and one of my cock.

I might get a three month membership and see how it goes.

                        Edited to add:

I meant to say the response I received when my prospect invited me to join "her" network looked a bit like a form response so I'm taking this with BIGGEST grain of salt.
