I've heard a lot about this place and seen a lot of videos that were shot there, too. Living in the US, I obviously can't just walk out my front door and go there. But, I would LOVE to take a trip to Toronto some day and check the place out. Anybody got any good reviews on it? Experiences there you'd like to share?

Starts too late
Been there a few times. I find the action starts far too late for a Thursday night -- usually around midnight. Only a handful of girls around before that. It used to be better a few years ago. I miss that place in Mississauga. Girls were around in the afternoons.Comment

It's pretty good, it does start getting busy later but when I went i still went earlier.
People do come, leave and come back later but if some people come earlier and hang around others will stay.
It is sort of a catch 22, nobody wants to stay when it is dead, but if nobody stays it never gets busy.
The used to have a Pansexual night on Saturdays that got really busy a number of years ago.
Sometimes it was even better than Thursday except for a number of very angry FTM trans.
However the FTMs often have super hot girlfriends.
If you are visiting Toronto, it is always worth a boo.
As said there is tons of info on Goodhandy's going way back if you search the forums.

I think there is some tgirl nights now and then but Philly is half the size of Toronto.
Toronto doesn't have more that a couple tgirl nights these days even.
Plus in the US any tgirl clubs where escorts tend to gather get raided sooner or later it seems.
Some states more than others. New York has had many tgirl bars open and close but nothing seems to carry on.
This could be said for everywhere except may Los Angeles and Thailand.Comment

Philly doesn't have much in the way of clubs like Goodhandy's, as far as I'm aware. There are some places that have special nights where it's transsexuals but it's select nights only. I've heard that there is a LOT in New York, but I don't have the funds to travel out there nor would I know my way around the City. I guess it would be the same if I went to Toronto though, when you think about it. In any case, I'd definitely love to check out Goodhandy's sometime and maybe I'll get out to New York too. There are some places here I could check out, but truth be told I feel awkward walking in to one of them by myself and not knowing anyone. I'm not very social, at least not until you get a few drinks in me. I love going to bars and stuff like that but it's always usually with at least a friend or two or sometimes a group.Comment
