I am a so called straight guy, yet I DO love really feminine, believable t-girls and she-males. I have no attraction whatsoever towards men per se! I have looked at alot of shemales and t-girls, and some of them are incredibly beautiful, yet when you see those typical low-angle shots(or even frontal ones) you see horrible scars, or damaged nipples!

I recently went to visit a local shemale, and she had no scars whatsoever, yet beautiful tits! I asked her how she did it, and she showed me her scars , under her armpits! Surely all those lovely T-girls out there have cottoned onto this by now? I mean why scar your tits and smear vitamin D cream on for years if you can do it so discreetly and greatly enhance your believability by doing the implants from under the arms? Any comments

unfortunately lots of girls are very brave and they put their life in a high risk .they go to mexico,venezuella,thailand...etc those kinds of third world countries.they pay 500$ -1000$ for breast enlargement operations,and they don't know what they'll get or how it will gonna look,as a result you can see and tell where she had her surgeries.just recently one tgirl(nancy) died in the surgery room because of high anestesia in mexico.
we all make money ..even the worst ones make more than enough to support their operations in here or in europe...

All of the asian girls I slammed had their work done in Mexico. I don't know why they go to Mexico but the doctors do a fine job in my dicks opinion. Has anyone see Karolina's titty job? $500? Great fucking work! I once offered to pay for Terah's ticket but she declined, she is a fine woman.

I totally agree in the fact that some t girls due to desperation or saving some money, go for cheap options which are never the best or even the safest ones. But please, let us have a little common sense, what do you expect from a $500.00 surgery??!!, nor even i or many of my T Friends who live in a true 'thirld world' poverty, would have such surgery.

Our bodies are the most sacred thing we have. why on earth will i ever consider punishing me with something that is unsafe??!!

On the other hand, not all doctors are butchers here in Mexico, but yes, the good ones are expensive, as in most parts of the world are, I.E: is not the same having a SRS with doctor 'X' in thailand that having SRS with Dr Supporn also in thailand


I'm really, really sorry for the lost of your friend Nancy, and i'll be thankful to you if you send me detailed information about the doctor who killed your friend so we can ban him within the Mexican Ts community, prevent as much people as we can and if possible, fuck him with the sanitary authorities.

Hi There Everyone!!!

I catch myself just having to put my two cents in there from time to time...so here I go. LOL

In regards to why some girls have bad boobs jobs... there are several reasons actually. (cheap boobs definitely is one of them)

First, I have saline implants under the armpits and I am very happy with the results and the scarring (or lack of). HOWEVER, there are different types of implants for different types of looks and each type of implant needs to be inserted in different ways.

Ok here's the nitty:

Saline is an empty bag that is usually put in through the armpit or naval (sometimes the nipple), usually positioned under the muscle and then inflated. These are good for a relative 'natural look' for the right candidate. However, these implants fold easily and if you do not have enough breast tissue or if you go too large you may end up having wrinkles around the inside or outside of the breast. So if you don't have a reasonable amount of breast tissue already these aren't so good. Also often you can't go too big with these puppies either or they end up looking like circles or way too round to look natural (the implant shape of these are round) But then it depends what look you are going for.

Silicone & Cohesive Gel are already prefilled and require a bigger hole than the armpit or naval typically led. These are usually inserted through an incision under the breast or around the nipple. These are often better if you don't have a lot of breast tissue and you don't want to worry about the rippling effect.

Now here's another catch: Asians and a lot of black girls tend to get keloidal scarring, so even if a handy surgeon does incredible work, it's possible that the scar can go keloidal and turn into a wide looking sometimes mean and brownish/red scar. This has nothing to do with the surgeon doing something "wrong". I'm white and fortunately this type of scarring is not as common with Caucasians.

Then there is always the fact that a lot of girls get a boob job, and then decide they want an upgrade or two (get them done a few times bigger then bigger again) and each time you do that, you increase the chances of more scarring. That's pretty natural especially if you are going under the breast or through the nipple.

And last but not least the fact of the matter is that some girls just want their boobs to be BIG, or at least bigger than what is recommended to them by the surgeon, and they decide to go more than what is recommended and VIOLA - a less than stellar boob job because the Dr said smaller would have been better for various reasons.

Also, I've been to the Dr that Nancy saw in Mexico and although I never had my breasts done with him, I've had approximately 6 other procedures with him and they all turned out wonderfully. I've also seen 5 girls who went to him and I would say they all had fair to good looking boobs. I personally wouldn't say great, but that is just because there is a particular look I like and he doesn't seem to do it that way. I've heard a few versions of what happened and have heard most repeatedly that she went for surgery against the Dr's orders, and got an infection which wouldn't clear up in spite of antibiotic treatment and that is how she died. Also that she had this problem of antibiotic resistant infection with her previous surgeries and that the doctor told her not to do this surgery again and only after she insisted did he reluctantly perform the surgery. I won't pretend to know this for sure, but I've heard the rumour from 10 or so different folks and this is the story I've heard from around 8 of them. So I'm just repeating what I heard.

So, all this just to say, that bad boobs aren't always cheap boobs and good ones don't always cost fortune. There are a few girls in your 'top breasts' discussions before and I know they paid less than 3000!! There are also plenty of girls I know both genetic and trans that I think their tits look plain awful and they paid upwards to 10K! I think that a girl needs to find the look she likes talk to the girl has them and find out who did them. Also she shoudl ask what they thought of their experience, visit several dr's and see what they say and take it from there. And like all surgeries, keep in mind, something CAN go wrong under the best of circumstances.

Anyway, as you all know I can be a chatty cathy :P but thought I would throw further insight into what could really be an endless thread of info that most boys wouldn't want to know. ha ha ha

I had my breasts done in Toronto. I never once considered going to a foreign country to save money verus risks to my health.
I chose the cohesive gel implant also for safety concerns. Unfortunately the only draw back is the must be place either through the nipple or beneath the breast. I chose under the breast placement.
In the end the amount of scaring considering is very minimal ( though everyone scars differently ) I only wish I went a little bigger, but then it is best to go instages if you wish larger size.
Oh well, I'll fix that up in a couple of years and probably go with the newly re-introduced silcone implants. For now being a DD is plenty, besides its a bitch finding attractive bras this size ( so keep that in mind ladies lol )
Thanks goes to LucyB who recommended the local sugeon to myself and quite a few other very happy ladies in town.

I don't think most guys get hung up on a bit of scarring. Most of us are realistic enough to realize that we're not perfect and don't expect perfection from other people eiter. Size, scarring, etc isnt really a big concern for me. I find if the woman is comfortable with her body and enjoys the attention of a man thats much more important. So what if a woman has got perfect breasts but is cold and unresponsive? It's not the boobs its how you come together that really matters.

I just wanted to clarify something;
my message wasn't against to any other girls who had their operations in one of those countries.I am sure there must be good ones too.I know that we pay almost 5 times more for our surgeries in toronto.that's true,but at least we know what to get,or if something goes wrong we can always go after for our rights ,we can sue the surgent in here.
I can't risk my health for anything . my two cents....

there are many factors of having a bad boobjob and its not just from wher u get it done, my friend nallah got it in thailand and it is very natural and it suits her and i have the same doctor as terahs all implants could get hard if u dont massage them, thanks to some guys who helped us taking care after the surgery plays a very important role in developing great breasts and tips from friends always helps.

At this time, 9 months after my breast augmentation I want to warn any girl thinking of breast surgery to be very careful as to which surgeon they decide to do their procedure.
I will have to under go another surgery to repair the damage and disfigurement. Further more I have been asked to pay a further $5,200.00 if I wish to repair and to give me the breasts I had asked for in the beginning!
At this time my breasts have capsulated and I have no intention to allow this surgeon to ever touch me again and I caution all ladies to go slow and choose wisely. I will be contacting OHIP as repairing capsulized breasts are a covered medical expense and will be asking for referrals and further information. I will also be seeking legal advice.
So I wanted to come here and retract every positive statement I made of my surgeon and his clinic. From the procedure to the aftercare it has been a dismal experience.
I guess Lucy was one of the lucky ones because I had the same surgeon and he made a total mess of mine.

I disagree with the girl who say that they are done in cheap countires, mexico, venezuela has the same advance technology than canada come on girl open ur eyes those are country that evethough they are 3rd world country they have alot of amazing doctor, and believe i have seen many tits in those countries and they look amazing better than here, u only have to make sure u go with the right doctor and there are companies here actually bringing people to those countires with insurance to get the titis done and if u dont get what u want u can sue them
