called her tonight, and asked when she was available, she said what time you want to come, I said when are you available, she yelled what time you wanna come, so I told her 9:30, then she asked what time it was, I told her, she gave me some adress and told me to call her when I got there.

I decided to say screw it, if shes going to yell at me i'll spend my money somewhere else.
Plus she gave me an adress, but no intersection, no directions, nothing?

I understand these girls must deal with hundreds of calls a day, but so does the operator at any call centre I've ever called, and they have never been snappy?
I just think that a little friendliness goes a long way
