Hepatitis C gets tranferred the same way as HIV does, i.e. it cannot be trasferred during a kiss on the lips, but Hepatitis A/B, gonorrhea, Herpes Simplex (HSV) and Syphlilis can indeed be easily transferred this way.

Rimming even a disease-free asswhole is, basically, eating shit - you can get all sorts of bacteria.
