When someone comes to a forum and says they want to self castrate, with no medications or any medical professionals involved, it is going to set off red flags because that is a path that can lead to serious problems or even death. Especially when there are medical services available for transgendered people and it seems apparent you want to inflict the maximum amount of physical pain to yourself without any safety net.
