So I have been considering (and reading) seeing a TS/Shemale. My question is if what I am looking for is to lie back, be a bottom, and be stroked at the same time, who should I see for a first time experience? I would highly recommend Karen, but I wouldn't go out and give or receive BBBJ's. This is highly dangerous in my opinion since you can obtain HIV or various other diseases from this. Take a CBJ, it will put your mind at ease. Also, if a girl is willing to take a BBBJ I wouldn't particularily trust her anyways. If you want to find a girl that will do BBBJ, find some names that pop up in forums for girls that have done that before. Along side of it you can read the various side effects. To name one, someone once said he did a BBBJ and everytime he looked into his daughters eyes he thought he was stupid for doing it, but luckily when he tested himself he was clean. Hope this helps.

The stance from various HIV/AIDS clinics is that a BBBJ is considered a low risk activity where disease could be contracted but its very very minimal. The medical volunteers and professionals I've talked with have stated that they have yet to find any susbstantial evidence or documentation of anyone contracting HIV/AIDS from just a BBBJ.
Even with a CBJ its not entirely safe, depends on the material of the protection like a sheep skin condom or a thick latex...etc etc.

Hi - to Sensual's posting above, recommending Karen - Karen is a delight, and a truly excellent provider, but one word of caution to a first-timer - her love-tool is quite thick

You can also try Lucy Bisset. She seems to be highly recommended and good with beginners. Not sure about the BBBJ but you can discuss it with her.
Samara would also give you a good one but I think she is in Ottawa now.

Your next best bet would be Tia (smaller tool than Karen), she is beautiful and smart. She is the whole package, take my word for it. Many guys here will agree with me on this one.
