I've been going back and forth on this for a while now and have wondered why it is that the ladies here change their name every so often. i.e.

Angel aka Paris aka Rain
Angee aka Amy
Brooklyn aka Brooke
Tania Tequila aka Tania T Lee
Lilly aka Mia/Pia ? ? ?

and so on.

In the past I've called a few girls and even then when I said...."Hi may I speak with so and so" they would say "Who?". "Where did you hear that name?"

Is it a safety concern ? Do they just want to try something different? I wonder because of what would benefit from a name change especially to those that see the ladies on a regular basis and those that dont.

Interesting question! Sounds maybe a bit naive,... but it'd definitely got merit. Mind you, I wouldn't know myself, either, but I stand to wager a few plausable guesses.

By whatever name a tgirl goes by, it's an invented name... not the one they had at birth. By the very nature of this, their assumed name is free of legal constraints and open to reconsideration at all times. Also, they may be subject to various degrees and types of discrimination. Depending on how certain events in life unfold, an attempt at a fresh start (including name change, since it's so readily available an option) may be their goal. Also, many hold public persona's, and a name change is a helpful tool to distance yourself from that persona... sorta like coverin' your own tracks, or leaving a false scent. Maybe they just decide they like another name better than theirs and they wanna adopt it just because they can. Finally, a lot of girls put up with a LOT of shit from others, simply cause of the added challenges and pre-conceived notions people have about them... and possibly an unstable and/or confusing coming-of-age period while they came to terms with their sexuality.

Yup... I'm just taking a few guesses... I could be way off. Maybe the tgirls out there can set us straight. Hm?

I think it is becasue they get some crappy reviews and they notice their calendar not as booked as it used to be.

I once saw a girl that used three names at the same time depending on where she was advertising. I never knew it until she mentioned it in conversation when we were together. It was kind of a turn off to me. I know our meeting was business and I'm sure there's a ton of reasons for a name change but after she mentioned it, I didn't know which name to call her by!

I have found this as well and it has been explained to me as a way to identify and compare the returns from each advertising format e.g. Jane on Eros, Jean in Eye, Joan on Escorts Canada etc. True or not I do not know.
