either way i think i may re-clarify exactly what i was talking about...
i was pointing out that sexual freedom in which we live today hasn't always been this way. while in some cultures particularily south american and asian cultures, sexuality is more open, north american and british colonies were highly influenced by christianity/catholicism ideologies. as most of us should know, those particular religions labeled sexuality, especially anything seen as perverted (anal, oral, erotic play with same sex, female orgasm *note cross gender/sex was probably too much for their brains to even comprehend), as something sinful and wrong. unless for the purpose of procreation. Where even when women felt pain or no pleasurable feeling during intercourse were told to just close their eyes and think of England.
Obviously through early studies in the 1900's did sexuality reach a breaking point away from the restriction of religion and finally hit a revolution. In the early 1920's was trangender and transsexualism studied at the Sexology Institute of Berlin way before Harry Benjamin in the 1950's. Kinsely with his study of same sex sexuality and soon after female orgasm.
In the 1980's the Toronto Bathhouse raids, obviously geered towards promiscuous gay men. Which all sparked not only a social but scientific revolution for self-awareness in terms of sexuality.
We live in a world now where if i want to sleep with a man and woman at the same time, I can. Where if i want my girlfriend to fuck me in the ass while video taping it, I can.
So how you can say that we haven't reached a point in society where we are ultimately the most sexually free not only as individuals but as a whole, I dont understand?
