Cialis. Ask your doctor. Dunno but likely.

Viagra & Levitra are very similar re: side effects such as headache, stuffy nose etc except Levitra can last until the next day for me. I have not used Cialis but expect it to be about the same since it is chemically very similar to the other two.

I prefer Cialis because you can take it hours beforehand with little of the side effects of Viagra.

I have used 3 of them with gg never used with special girls.

Just from the responses so far you can see that they all affect everyone differently.
Personally I have been using Viagara since the first day it was available in Canada. It has always worked well and I do still have the positive effects for about 36 hrs. Usually I get the head flush(I use head instead of face as I am basiclly completely bald and I light up a room) for about 5 hrs. and about 6 hrs after taking it a headache for 2 hrs.(until the 2nd beer kicks in.)
Cialis I used several times and it had no effect good or bad.
