I would say it wouldn't really tell you anything too much.
Probably nothing you didn't suspect or know already.

Drug tests won't tell you the current state of anyone, it will only tell you what may have happened previously.
An HIV positive test would still hold true where you cannot know if they have taken drugs recently.
If the drug test is bad they won't provide one but this can't really tell you anything either.

Just like an HIV test you will never see a positive one as a client.
Different than a test for disease, a drug test doesn't really mean any specific danger to you.
You won't transfer drug use to your partner or significant other.
Their drug use won't haunt you the rest of your life.

Many many people do drugs and it is only a small fraction that is actually causes issue with.
Only some people are abusers and addicts. Some people can do lots of drugs with little problem or effects.
Others cannot perform without certain substances.

This is not a test people would want to take for legal reasons.
Plus everyone is going to judge you differently because people are not on the same page when it comes to drugs.
A good drug to one person is evil to another person.
A disease is pretty straight forward.

I would say alcohol issues are probably by far the worst problem of any drug.
My suspicion would be that very few would not have something considered a drug in their system.

The only true test is do they appear extra high or impaired when you arrive.
Not being able to get it up or a bad attitude could come from many things besides drugs.

If you can take substances and still do a good job, what is the issue?

Well I always have really good kush.. It helps me a lot with anxiety and anger management..

That and it does a good job of taming my lucid dreams so they don't get too out of control..

Lately tho the weed's been sooo good here in Vancouver that you no longer need to buy top shelf..
