Just a general rant here - I love it when ladies decide to visit Toronto and grace us with their presence. If you think about it, one can go anywhere in the free world and have a few appointments, so for one to choose our fair city is something that really pleases me. When I see someone is visiting, I make an attempt to see them.
Having said that, I think it's unfair for ladies to come here and charge something different that local currency. Some people don't have easy access to USD. For me, it's a bit of an effort to find a USD bank machine but I know where most of them are in the downtown core (where I live & work) so it's not too much of a problem. But, it is an extra step for me to take. The lady on the other hand, can earn a wad of CDN currency then do one exchange at the airport or at her home bank. Why should she inconvenience (and thus dis-incent) potential "customers" from seeing her? To me it's just a lose-lose situation.
And I don't care who it is - porn star or not it's just plain rude and disrespectful to answer the phone during a session. I know the lady is travelling here specifically to make as much coin as possible, but a simple info section on a free website would alleviate the need for answering the same damn questions all the time. While in a session, the phone should just be turned off or ignored. When I hear that a lady answers a phone during a session, I immediately steer clear.
