I guess it all depends on what you want. Is she a top or a bottom or versatile? Does she have any restrictions? Does she provide full service? Is it one shot on goal or multiple? What's her rate? Is it all inclusive? Things like that would be common questions, but she will likely be a bit paranoid if you ask all those questions and think you are a cop...so try and let her lead it a bit. Say something like:

Hi there, I'm calling about your ad in XXX. Could you give me some more info?

Could you tell me what your rates are?

Could you tell me what your general location is?

... you get the drift. Try not to be explicitly sexual in your questions, as this is what will stop them from talking to you right away.
