I have received and read those emails Ray...Thanks!. I remember, I did reply, I even enclosed a picture of me and my Mother ( our last picture together on New Year's eve before she passed away ) you replied back...probably you do not remember.😊

I have read this last night, but too sleepy to reply ( for four years my sleeping habit have changed, throughout my caregiving duties to my now departed Mom ) and maybe added years in life isn't conducive anymore to staying up late heh heh. I have tried, again...to visit club120 during the last Pride week ( especially after I read you're planning to drop by there ) but, still couldn't do. Reasons: I know the Club get busy like after 11pm, I don't want to go early when only 1 or 2 people and bartenders are the only people I'll be able to see, then to leave when influx of people just starting to arrive ( for now I really couldn't stay up late or I'll be like a zombie, and to start to work early the following day, so, no can do ) I did had a chance to see Todd several months ago on a noontime in the restaurant downstairs, I thought of walking around after I dropped off relatives to Union station bound for U.S., as I haven't been to downtown Toronto in years. Me & Todd, exchange 'Hello's and how are you'...he said it would be nice if I could visit the club upstairs whenever I can, I promised I would, but till now, still haven't.

I thought the last Pride Tgirls party would be the best time, unfortunately, I still couldn't make myself to go....someday soon, I hope.
it's taking a long time for my grieving, but I know I can turn this around. It's just circumstances in the last four years makes it harder. Although I know anybody who lost their most beloved people in their lives must have experienced great sadness and then they moved on...it's life ( I know my days of sadness would ceased one day ).

I was actually going to give my deep sympathies to the relatives & friends of Tasha when I learned about her passing, as I used to follow her on tumblr, I am aware of her medical episodes, but was surprised that she didn't surpassed her heart problem...gone too soon. I just hope she's surrounded by her loved ones & friends ( because that's what she's longing for during her earlier battle with her heart problems in the hospital ) She introduced me to her husband at Club120 number of years ago. So, I want to express my heartfelt sorrow and sympathy to her bereaved family & friends ( if any of them could read this ). Was there anybody here able to attend her funeral?...eternal rest grant unto her soul and may she rest in Peace.

Lastly, I noticed that there are still an ongoing animosities here ( which shouldn't be, Life is short, don't make it unwarrantedly miserable. "When given a choice between being right or being kind, choose kind." )

I am sure they can relocate the Club elsewhere.

Yea, I work early in the mornings now so I go to bed around 9:30pm. I requested vacation time so I could stay up late on Thursday. You should probably do that next year at pride. As mentioned in another thread, there is probably a condo development going on that corner so we could lose Club 120 in a few years.

I am sure they can find a new location for their club if ever that condo development plans you've mentioned would force them to relocate, as long as it's not in Barrie or Windsor it's gonna be okay...hehe, sorry Windsornian & Barrienian...just saying lol!...or elsewhere in the city.

Btw., are there still old members ( I do not mean old as aged ) I meant former Forum members here from 5-10 years ago?, are they still active?
or must have changed their i.d. here?...totally abandoned their post? lol. 'coz, it seems everyone here are new to me, except you of course. I miss those former members.

Hello Toban!...awwww! So glad you're still here and around. What you mean by "OUT OF SERVICE?"...how could that happened? We met in 2007 at Indigo Eaton centre downtown, Toronto, and you were just in your 40's? then right?!. It was so nice of you Toban to make a time to see me in person inside that bookstore coffee lounge while you're killing time before you meet your special Lady date 😉 (Ooopppss! Sorry if I'm not supposed to divulge this in here, I won't name her anyway).
Levity aside, I am happy to know that you're okay 👍 At least being "OUT OF SERVICE" meant a BIG relief from your pants....errrr, pocket I meant.
I missed you too Toban, and maddplotter, and the others I am in constant conversation here years and years ago.

Please take care now, if ever I hibernate again, I just want you to know that I will never ever forget the nicest people I got acquainted with, and you're on top of that list.

In Honor of Canada Day

I would like to salute some of the most beautiful women on the planet. The Canadian T-Girl. The pages of this forum are graced often with pictures of these homegrown or adopted beauties such as Lola, Lucy, Layla, Sadeh etc adding a little sunshine to a members day. We are blessed in this country and these beautiful women are a part of that blessing and have been for quite a few years as the attached pictures can attest to. Our Canadian culture is building an environment of openness and acceptance and I am proud to be a Canadian and a part of this shift in attitudes. I did not know Tasha Jones (RIP) but from what I have heard I believe she played a big role in creating the change in the way this country of ours views the transgender community and i hope that gave her some satisfaction in her life.
