I don't know about hurting for the first time. It is a matter of how relax and comfortable you are. The one thing I can't emphasis enough is lube. Bring your own if she doesn't bring enough or its not what you like, you can never have enough lube. I like to play a bit and get a finger or 2 in there first to relax the first time client. Let your SP know that this is your first time and to go really slow with you and at your own pace.
