Just for fun I was browsing through SMC last night for the Ontario region. And it looks like there are over 20 pages of ads. And looking at some of the older ads, they've not been updated by the Provider for literally YEARS! I can just image the phone numbers on some of those ads are not so much out of date, but could be assigned now to other people.
Would it be good idea to create a policy for ads that have not been updated in 1 year to get deleted?
Also considering the number of (albeit older) ads that have no photo. While demanding a photo be posted when publishing an ad could spur people posting inaccurate or totally false photos, to me at least, it makes no sense to publish an ad if there is no photo. Perhaps, no photo, no ad policy?
Just me thinking, that's all
