Hello Everyone. I hope you don't mind me sheding light on this ongoing exhausting subject.
I have posted a few times on the board, regarding the legal and illegal issues of our events. We
certainly have never kept anything a secret when it comes to rules and laws regarding our venues. But if this post helps, that will be a good thing (thanks Martha). Thanks first of all to the guys out there who have cleared up some of the questions so far.
The Lounge in Mississauga:
1. This is a strip club with an adult entertainment license.
2. This is not considered a Private Sex Club, therefore we do not sell memberships.
3. There is a cover charge in place to keep the event going, by covering costs and helping make
some sort of profit. It is a business after all, and the Lounge made it possible for Goodhandy's
to open, and continues to keep it going. We do not make money from the bar, at Diamonds, therefore another reason
we have to charge a cover. The cover charge used to be $50 at the beginning, and has decreased since, thanks
to those positive men out there and their support.
4. The T-Girls that freelance at The Lounge (they do not work for us), make their money from VIP dances.
5. The VIP dance takes place in partitioned off booths, for semi-privacy.
6. The dances should be nude ($20 per song), and T-Girls should not charge you extra for this.
7. Exchanging money for sex is not legal in this Country, therefore this should not be happening
in the club. What happens outside of the club is up to you and the T-Girls. So if
you decide to exchange phone numbers that is up to you.
8. If you announce publicly, let's just say on a message board (for argument sake), that you gave
someone money for sex. Then you are admitting to a crime. But then I know most of you know this already,
after all you are not all idiots.
9. If for some reason, we do get closed down for legal reasons, then this will be one less event for you
to enjoy.
10. This event will be five years old, in March, so we must be doing something right and certainly doing our part to keep
things within the law.
11. We get messages and emails from T-Girls and T-Girl lovers from all over the world, wishing they had something like this,
where they are located. Or they visited here and are so appreciative and thankful for something so different. These messages and comments keep us going. Thanks to all of them.
12. Hope some of you can come by for our Anniversary Party in March 08. And hopefully our doors have not been
bashed down with battering rams.
Goodhandy's Downtown:
1. This is a Night club with a Sex Area.
2. The Sex area of the club (Diamond Room) is Private and requires a Memberships. This area is only for people
attending the club, who decide to have consensual adult sex.
3. The booths are private and curtained of for our regular Monday, Thursday and Saturday Nights. They are
opened and part of the General Club on most other nights.
4. There are rules in place for all who choose to partake of the Diamond Room, and rules must be followed
for legal, safety and moral reasons.
5. There is a $5 cover (before 11:00pm) and $10 cover (after 11:00pm), to insure that we make money from
the door, to make up for any money we may loose at the bar. We find that the T-Girls and Gents hook up
so quickly for sex, that some of them forget to buy any drinks, therefore bar sales are not as high as regular
bars. But we do offer a FREE cover night on Monday, for those who continue to support us. Memberships are $20 per month, this breaks down to $2.50 per visit, if you frequent our club on all Diamond Room available nights.
6. Because of the new laws in place regarding Sex Clubs, The Diamond Room is legal.
7. But again, exchanging money for sex in the Diamond Room, is not legal. But having sex in the Diamond
Room is legal. It is still puzzling that some people still don't get that, so I said it again.

11. Hopefully our doors will not be bashed down with battering rams.
I Love Sex Parties:
1. The entire club is considered Private on these nights. There are large signs on the door informing
all individuals of our adult content and activities. No one is let in by our door staff, if they are not aware of sexual and
adult situations.
2. None of this activity can be viewed unexpectedly by the General Public, from the street or through
our upstairs main door. This is in accordance to the indecency laws.
3. Everyone who chooses to participate in sexual situations may do so. You can watch or be watched.
The main floor is for meeting and greeting people, Giving guests yet one more floor to climb before being
exposed to nudity or sex, which takes place on the second floor.
4. No photos or filming are allowed at these parties. There is a midnight orgy for those who decide to partake, again, watch or be watched. We even supply masks for those who want total hidden identity.
4. Everyone has a damn good, safe and discrete time. And this is all in the confines of the Sex Club laws.
I hope this helps those who had questions, it is just harder to explain these events in writing. I know
that some of you are not really T-Girl lovers and are just pretending to be, or have just become bitter and spoiled over the years. And also know that
some of you are just pretend posters trying to stir up shit. But hopefully this post will reach the people
who matter.
