Telling Apart Flakey Vs. Serious Clients?

To the other SP?s, how do you tell if a client is serious in seeing you? In my case, I never usually respond to texts saying ?hi, hey, what?s up, u avail? as there usually a waste of time.
Serious clients will call or send me a text stating a time they would like to see me. I usually ask the client to text me when he?s on the way and that alone gives me a peace of mind. But this week I?ve had sooo many flakes off ******* and it?s just annoying. I wish we can post the flakey numbers but I know it?s not allowed. Ehh

If they ask several questions they’re not serious.
if they go into graphic detail...chances are they’re stroking their dick and not serious.

If the number says Iristel Inc they are using WhatsApp or TextNow as a fake number. So chances are they are a time waster.

I always force clients to give me a time that works for them I don’t play the “when are you available” game. A serious client will say the following...

”Hi Kylie, are you available at 2pm for an hour”

A non serious clients will say...”Available?” Or “ASAP”.

Major red flag is when they don’t even take the time to read the ad. If you have a detailed ad like I do an they ask questions the ad answers I tell them to read it.

At the end of the day...theres always going to be time wasters so do what you need to do to make your money. I always get clients to confirm 1 hour before their booking, but sometimes they do I give them my hotel and they still don’t show..I just blacklist them.

Anyone who has said I’m a ‘Diva’ as not even made it past the booking process, because they wasted my time. At the end of the day it is a business and your here to make money for YOU! The real clients will meet you for who you are. Remember that! So don’t worry about the rest xoxo

Thx for the reply Kylie. Everything you said is true - if they ask me for my rate over the phone I just hang up, too many questions, I block. Btw, I read your blog on your website. Your also getting so pretty 🤗
