Breast implants aren't really the dividing line - many of us transition without implants. Personally I wouldnt apply the term cross-dresser to you given you live 24/7, but ultimately it's your own self-image and identity that really matters. So call yourself whatever label you are comfy with.

Well i didnt really know what to call myself. I thought I could only not call myself a crossdresser when i get implants. Now I know that implants arent the dividing line between a CD or a SHEMALE.
