Yes she was a real nasty girl....loved to fuck....also had one of the greatest bodies out there and that ass...damn....makes me hard thinking about it..
I love the lips...wish I had a chance to see her one time...
She was great...but who knows.she might get out soon.?
I guess anyone can committ a crime. I'm going to have to get one of those movies. So, did they put her in a male or female prison? I didn't read the whole article.
Slyvia did not deserve the sentence she got....it was obviously a tragedy but the prosecutor and the other idiots have never been in her situation. Things go south real quick late at night,,and she had been threatned previously. Even if u have a court order of protection its worthless. I read some of the of the comments, yeah ok she killed some by "accident" that's it. So unless u have been in a club or bar late at night when shit hits the fan ,,screw u. The lengthy term Slyvia got is ridiculous...if I had been with her I would have dropped her aggressor. I feel bad for her, but its not MURDER,,,they imposed a heavy sentence just because who she was. And unless u where there at that moment n time u don't how it was. Pete Rebic NYC
If she was convicted to second degree murder then she is no victim. Murder is tough to convict on in court because they have to be able to prove intent. If it was a "heat of the moment" type situation, she would have received manslaughter. Killed by accident would also result in manslaughter. The judge upheld a law that was created for those who basically assassinate other people, so that should tell of the actual facts that were heard in the courtroom (not what is floating around the internet). She got the sentence that a murderer should get.

Let's remember something, she got 45 years.
On March 17, 2003 Amara Vadillo (Sylvia Boots) and Tanya Amadore encountered each other in the ladies room at the Yukon Mining Co restaurant. Insults, hair pulling and punches started and were continued in the parking lot, and friends of both women joined in. It escalated to the point where Amara pulled out her gun. Tanya tried to take it away from her. It went off and Tanya's hand was seared with gunpowder burns. A few minutes later it was apparent that one of Tanya's friends, Laura Banuelos, was dying of a gun wound. Amara was arrested.
So....here were the original charges: Murder in the first degree, Murder in the second degree, Voluntary Manslaughter, Involuntary Manslaughter and an Armed Allegation charge.
The gun was hers (as she carried it at all times) her defense argued in vain to lower the charge to manslaughter from murder but because it was her weapon they can prove intent. So she pulled it out and killed someone. No one else pulled out gun...only she did. She took it to the next level, escalated the situation and caused the death by bringing a gun into the equation. Would the girl have died if she had not pulled out a gun? Probably not.
Lastly, Ms. Boots and Ms. Amadore called each other "faggot". They used this to prove An indication of their lack of self-consciousness.
Did they make an example of her? Yes. 45 years is more then mafia killers get. Myself, like the judge have no compassion for her. Let her rot. The Government seems to feel the same way. An appeal of Amara's sentence in October 2007 was denied.
