As a person who has spent a lifetime in sales its nice to see that this one girl seem to get the idea of self promotion. You have to look at every person as a potantial customer, if not now then if the future.
We will always tell more people about bad service or a rude saleperson, then we will tell about good service. Thats the way its aways been.

and if you have to repley to someones negetive feedback then to it with class, don't put this person
down and blame them, this nevers goes over well with future customers
