Hey girls I remember reading a post I think it was from Lucy a long time ago about Dr dupere and it saved me lots of money by not going to him for surgery.
I had surgeries and wanted to tell u just incase it saves u money in the same way. I hope if u have any experience u will add because I feel we all work so hard to get taken advantage of by these drs.
1- Dr.Kyle Keojampa: I recently had facial surgery in California. Ffs surgery. Full type 3 browbone and jaw shave and Adam's apple. Girls it is so sweet having surgery there. I was literally 2 blocks from the beach and they even have a recovery center where many surgeons send paitents to recover. It is expensive but so worth it to stay in the recovery center.
I'm going to say this dr is supposed to be the best, he is really the leader in these surgeries. He is trained by dr speigel and very high tech. He can even do a scarless trachea shave and no one is doing this outside one dr in Israel. Pretty much anything u want he can do from sliding genioplasty to aggressive forehead work.
The problem I dont think he did a great job on me overall. He did a great job on my forehead. Very aggressive and even got rid of my forehead lines. But he was way to aggressive on jaw and chin for no reason causing my face to sag and that is going to cost extra to fix. I have a tiny face if u know me and he shaved a 1/4 of my jaw and chin line off making my face sagg like an old lady....it was like no thought was put in it. I never even needed it.
The Adam's apple scar he put right above Adam apple...so everyone can see...why...almost like no respect for me.

Facial feminization surgeon Dr. Jeff Jumaily. He is trained under Dr Speigel and he is from Toronto. He live and operate in L.A. but he also operate out of the Face Toronto clinic and can do the aggressive setback of browbone and sliding genioplasties etc. I had some surgery with him and he is the absolutely the nicest surgeon check him out

Dr. Levine :
Dr Levine I notice still in practice and I think it common for many to get breast implant from this dr because of low prices. This dr honestly caused me so much grief and even put me in hospital after ignoring infection... if u are new and looking at him stay away. 3 breast augmentation 2 botched. One infection, refuse to do any kind of revisions, blames paitent on bad work. I literally had 10 finger gap at one point in between my breasts.
Run away.

If you want to reduce your chin width or length or projection. Make sure the dr knows how to do a "sliding genioplasty" to move it forward or back. To reduce width make sure dr knows how to do a "T-osteotomy" both of these will help reduce sag of skin after surgery. If the dr wants to just shave your chin it's not the proper way to go about it. Unless u are very young have good skin it may not tighten up against the contour. If it doesnt tighten up u may end up with jowls and sag. So research it before deciding.

Get ct scans if u having forehead or jaw surgery it is so important the dr uses some kind of imaging to see what they are cutting into. It is super easy to cut the nerve along lower jaw and end up numb and drooling. Pay for your own ctscans and u can see what needs to be done even before u see dr.

Dr dupere doesnt do aggressive setback of browbones he basically shaves it back . You can only shave back so much so u may still end up with some brow bone. And he is not cheap if u have big brow bone. He is not trained in any aggressive jaw work besides using implants. For the cost of some of his procedures u can get full ffs elsewhere.
