Basically if you want a place that has the most ladyboys for the best prices Pattaya is your best option.
Pattaya has the most ladyboys per square inch than any place in the world.

If you are in Bangkok you should take time to check out Nana Plaza at least once, at least 8 ladyboy bars in one building.
There is other good ladyboy bars around Bangkok such as Check inn bar and why not bar.
However Bangkok is more expensive for almost everything.
Pattaya is really cheap but December can start to get more expensive and busy.
