Your local pharmacy will have a large blue squeeze bulb in possibly the medical supplies section. Fairly cheap. I also suggest getting a dildo shaped butt plug (about 5" long, DOc Johnson I believe makes this). And purchase some lube. Use warm (not hot or cold) water to fill the bulb. Take 2 bulb fulls and let it sit inside you for a minute or two. Then release. Keep cleaning until the water runs clean.

Once you think you are clean, insert the dildo plug all the way, wait a minute then pull it out. If it is clean, you are good to go. If not, rinse and repeat. This will keep you clean for about 2-3 hours.
