haha, 90% of the time, no. Although with the high end providers, yes. I think once they get a taste of Canada and they come back, they up their rates and start up charging.

Right, that's what i was thinking. Not all providers, but more than a few who want to charge Venus Lux prices and then even more for milk. Heck, even some want as much as Venus Lux for an hour.
