I saw most of this video, how is this making pedophilia legal Nah!!! Its about young early teen kids who would rather be a girl or a boy by DNA treatment, hormonal or other treatments, surgeries. As long as the doctors reveal ALL the possible risks and side affects, and I mean 100% ALL, including of what all patients, every single one of them, kids and adults, past to present have reported about their exact and precise results and outcomes, especially the physical risks/side affects of it(surgery and all other treatments), then the question is should minors have the right to choose what they want or should parents have the right to choose for them? I think by 15 or 16 they should choose for themselves who they want to be, and maby even 14 too.

If you're referring to the age of consent laws as it differs per country, then yes I agree with what you said that they have decriminalised pedophilia (made it legal) depending on what the legal age of consent is. Sorry to say it may include Canada since its 16, although depending since many by that age look 18 or 20 but usually not the boys though. Before 2008 it was actually 14 in Canada, surely that was teen-pedphilia back then.
