It isn't about whether one can afford it or not. I am sure many of us have gone to university, worked hard, are over 30 and earn 6 figures per year. It is about being reasonably or unreasonably priced. Certainly it is wrong to start throwing insults at a girl because she charges x dollars per hour. It is like the price of gasoline. I have friends much richer than myself with net worths over 10 million dollars, they still complain about the price of gas, and gas is probably much more reasonably priced.

Well then, just which party to the debate gets to decide what is reasonable?

Of course every pooner and SP may have differences of opinion on the subject. SP's have every right to decide their own rates. To do so, they must consider their projected market and their own personal needs, just as each pooner must decide which SP's in that same market, are priced within his range. For example, should SP's lower their demands to the point where a street person could find them reasonable? Would it be reasonable for her to demand 0.50$ as payment when he has only 0.25$ or should she drop her price to what he can reasonably afford to pay?

So, going back to the car analogy, would it be reasonable for me to expect the Porsche dealer to reduce his prices to match my expectations or my ability to purchase?

Absolutely Not! Likewise then, can we, or should we, have the right to ask SP's to consider our capabilities when she sets her fee schedule?

Of course not! You'll have a really long wait if you are hoping to have GM ask you what the price should be for that new Chevrolet you are dreaming about. If you want to buy a new Chevrolet you'll pay the price they set, not what you want to pay.

The SP alone gets to decide what is reasonable for her and her potential clients must also consider what is reasonable for them!

The average donation of tgirls in Toronto is $200. Yes, indeed there are some who charge 150 or even less. But few charge 250-300 an hour, depending on the service(s) they offer.

Is $350 worth of seeing a particular tgirl? Only the prospective clients can answer this.

Just for information that Toronto is the richest city in Canada, lots of rich men who earn hundreds or even millions dollar in one year. We also have some rich cities that are not too far (NY for instance). Besides, we have the cottage county (muskoka and suroundings) who has many wealthy residents, who reside there during summer period. Not to mention, professional businessmen, athletes, movie stars, entertainers, and entrepreneurs from all around the globe.

Few wealthy clients (some of them are members of this forums) from these regions have donated $4000-7000 for the full weekend only to see one (or probably few) particular tgirl(s).

So, at the end, money is really relative and personal. Some can afford 350 easily, some don't.

Some tgirls are willing to see clients for $150, some are not.

So, the answer is really something personal and subjective.

The bottom line is, Toronto is really an interesting place to find tgirls. You can (for sure) find one(s) who suit your taste and wallet.

Many professionals and firms are unaware of the money they are losing due to dissatisfied customers or in this case, customers who believe SOME escorts charge to much. I tell my staff that for every vocal dissatisfied customer there are many more non vocal ones. Most demand is elastic.

Well....although those comments are true, my experience is that many SP's don't really have...well....great business sense. From a marketing and customer service standpoint, many just don't care about how they're perceived, nor do they have the vision and patience it takes to acheive long term goals. The few that do, usually have great reputations with their clients, and have been around for a long time, and will likely retire fairly early I think.

Although we'd love to instruct them on the benefits of smart business practices, I don't think it would be received....so with that said, it's up to us, the consumer, to decide what we wish to pay, whether they get the message or not. My whole point in this discussion is that we can decide without being nasty.

I don't think so, as you have correctly pointed out it is part of the supply & demand process.

What I am personally willing to pay is rather minute in the equation, as it is what the average person that is willing to pay is what is important. If that is what you meant than you are correct. It is a matter of supply and demand. To comment on me personally, I rarely goes to professionals, not because I am unwilling to spend the money God knows I blow it on more frivolous things, but because I have never had a single experience with a professional girl that has matched an experience I have had with some I was dating....and perhaps it shouldn't. A professional will never feel the way about you someone who cares and loves you does, thus the experience is entirely different.

It is shame they don't have the perspective because I think it would help them make more money in the long run and would have the added benefit of making their clients happier. I know of at least one SP who does have the business savvy, she gets it wrong on occasion but that it isn't entirely her fault, she received her MBA in Europe and as we all know the best business schools in the world are in North America ....j/k

Everybody makes mistakes. I was surprised i passed the MBA..barely passed anyway..but at least i'd mingled with the brightests in the programme. It's an experience..mostly very tough experience though..especially due to cultural and language difference...oh and because everybody was so smart..so i felt like a dummy in the middle of this Bill Gates type of people.

We had one graduate who had his bachelor from MIT..and he is a genius. We had one from Columbia as well. So those from the Ivy league Universities in North America want to try the European education system as well.

Too bad..i am definitely not the perfect example of a good graduate. I know one member who can represent it better..his user name is RBC..member of this forums (or at least used to be) as well.

This allows her to make 1050-1200 a day. Another tgirl charges $300/hour and is hit and miss on her reviews. She is only able to see 2 people per day, which allows her to make 600 a day. But theres more to it than that. Girl one is constantly seeing guys, hardly ever ably to leave her place unless its an outcall. She doesn't have much freedom to do anything other than escort because as her rate is lower can't afford to miss calls or appointments. She's probably going to wear herself out. Girl two has more time to relax between appointments and more freedom to go out and enjoy her life while still making plenty to live off of. Yes you are the MBA with the business savvy that I was talking about. It is difficult to convey humour/fun/sassiness online. I was only kidding about not always getting it right and the European MBA thing. I understand that Aberdeen, Insead and Oxford now have some great progams.
