HIV murder charge

A Hamilton man who is HIV positive has been charged with 1st degree murder for having unprotected sex with two women who subsequently contracted HIV and died.

The part of the article that I thought was applicable to people here is, where it says that if a person with HIV has sex with someone and doesn't disclose that they are infected the other person can’t truly consent.  So at a minimum they can be charged with sexual assault, even if they wear a condom.

I think considering that some escorts, and I am sure some clients, are lying about their HIV status, they should keep in mind that they can be charged with sexual assault for it.

I don't care if it is a provider or a client if they knowingly have HIV and continue the lifestyle then they should be charged.

As a client who visits prostitutes if you get something and you whine after you should be charged for being a complete idiot. You know what you are getting into why would you cry mama after? When I hear people don't wear condoms I think this isn't f**kin africa condoms are everywhere why not put one on?

Condoms are a must but they can break.

Losing money at a Casino is to be expected. Just because one visits an escort doesn't mean one consents to being infected with AIDS and vice versa.

That is a sad report but your post provides no useful information except to scare people in staying away from escorts in general. Its akin to telling the fat man he has high cholesterol then feeding him a big steak with bacon. Why not post how to properly use condoms, how disease is transmitted etc? If this was report in university it would get a D, D for don't know what I learned from it. Why is this topic in the canadian escort section and not the general discussion?

I am not writing a university paper I am posting on an escort forum.

The purpose of my post was to educate those with HIV (either client or escort) that there are consequences to lying about your status to potential clients/escorts. I would hope that if common decency didn't compel someone to disclose their status that perhaps consequences would. No one wants to spend their time staring at bars from within a jail cell and I imagine doubly so if your days are numbered.

I have no connection whatsoever with Jillian Marlo. We used to chat on the Pork, we even talked about hooking up some time but it never happened because I didn't ask enough questions for her liking. More than anything I'm angry with myself for being taken in by such an obvious hoax and I guess that's part of the reason I'm trying to debunk her.

Like I said, if it was all cyber and fantasy I'd say have fun. But it's the fact she tries to set up r/t encounters by blantantly misleading people that I have a huge problem with. I think she'd find people would be a lot more appreciative if she were honest. She's also puttin herself at risk.
