A Hamilton man who is HIV positive has been charged with 1st degree murder for having unprotected sex with two women who subsequently contracted HIV and died.
The part of the article that I thought was applicable to people here is, where it says that if a person with HIV has sex with someone and doesn't disclose that they are infected the other person can’t truly consent. So at a minimum they can be charged with sexual assault, even if they wear a condom.
I think considering that some escorts, and I am sure some clients, are lying about their HIV status, they should keep in mind that they can be charged with sexual assault for it.

How did you contract your problems, could it be that you got something small and it made you understand how important life is? Have you read the Julian Marlo thread, SexB couldn't be so possibly angry if he didn't have some type of connection to her.
