What are peoples opinion's on BBBJ? When meeting an SP are you guys comfortable with receiving BBBJ? What about giving BBBJ? From my internet research I read that there are a multitude of STD/STI's that can be contracted from performing BBBJ for both the receiver and the provider. For example HPV(genital warts), herpes, and syphilis can all be contracted from skin to skin contact. Obviously I know that condoms take away from some of the fun and I would never go all the way without wrapping up but in regards to blowjobs are there telltale signs where you feel comfortable receiving BBBJ? Or do you only do CBJ? I'm a newbie and would love to just say fuck it and go BBBJ both ways but I don't want to jeapordize my sexual health over a horny impulse. Any advice or info would really be appreciated!

Well, ask around here. I have received BBBJ from dating partners, relationships, trans escorts, and given some to trans escorts. Never got anything and never had anything come up on any test I take. I don't know what to say beyond that but I think its pretty difficult to get something from people who get tested regularly or are responsible as to who their partners are. A lot of things deal in worst case scenarios or what is possible versus what happens in the real world. If you go pop your bare dick in a drug addicted prostitute on the street corner for 10 bucks you are playing roulette there and should buy her a meal to help her instead and be on your way. Get tested regularly, you can easily deal with chlamydia and some other things with medications. When some simple STIs become serious is if you dont test, dont know , ignore the signs, and it becomes something detrimental.

We can and should assume almost everyone has some form of herpes floating in their body and may never know; cant really avoid that one other than being aware if there is an outbreak or what it looks like. Cold sores that pop up on the lips are fairly common and just dont kiss the person when they have an outbreak!

Ultimately, if two people are willing to take the chance, that is ok. If you are not willing or are nervous, cover up and have your peace of mind.

I prefer BBBJs, over CBJs and have not caught anything, in almost 50 years of seeing providers.

By searching terms such as disease, infection, etc., you can find several threads on the subject.
