The best plastic surgeon for you is the one who listens to your needs, wants and expectations. Not only does the surgeon need to be able to show their great before and after cases, but how your case can be designed to idealize the results you seek. Good communication between the patient and surgeon early on will result in both of you being more satisfied with the end result. If you are not comfortable with someone else's "best", this communication process may very likely fail resulting in missmatched expectation, A.K.A. unhappy patient. Its alot like everthing else in life .

Here is my input regarding plastic surgery:

The best plastic surgeon is yourself..
Your ability to judge yourself objectively inside and out,physically and mentally till the equilibrium, the balance of body and soul is achieved.
If you are unable to achieve the equilibrium (since you focus too much on your physical attributes)..you will be unhappy, no matter how beautiful you are physically.

So, if you think you need a plastic surgery...go ahead..and hopefully your ego is not too high thus the result will not be too much.
