While many here ( including myself ) seem to be unappreciative of Barbie's writing style, I do believe that what she says today makes a lot of sense, though it does not excuse the insensitivity of her recent posts.

I have previously seen many local T-girls, and also a fwe this week, and in conversation with them, one way or another, mention of T-Girl Forums does usually come up.

Many of these girls tell me quite candidly, that because of the attitudes and visciousness of some girls in the local community, they the prefer not to become invol_ved either in the Forum or in person, with some of these same girls. To be more exact, about two-thirds of the girls I saw this week, did express that sentiment to me.

There has to be some reason for girls to have this perception, and it is not good for this forum, to have the kind of a reputation that causes such a reaction amongst the girls who could be with us here.

I had lot's of bad experiences with other trannys where there nice to ur face, and behind ur back, they'll say negative things about u & trash talk about u, and whoever is gossiping about you, comes right back and sooner or later u find out who's saying what. I noticed when u need help from people, they'll never come to you and offer you money or a free place to stay, they'll say there' busy and shit... but they seem to have all the time in the world to cause trouble and problems for you all the time, just to make ur life miserable out of jealousy & competetion.

But when u ask them for help, nobody is there for you. Anyways... from my personal experiences, I had a drag queen threw a drink at me last summer, i had a few of them giving me a hard time, telling me how to be more like a real girl, and mock me on my makeup & dress-code. But let me tell u something boys & girls.. a REAL woman can look like anybody she wants to look like... lot's of makeup, little makeup, no makeup, slutty whorish clothes, plane jane style... that's what a real woman is all about...
