uploading pics

Having a problem with my shutterfly account? I can't load the pics. as soon as I get to the point
where I add the pics I get a microsoft error message and have to close the window
Any help would be greatfull
I have some great pics and would like to share

You either have a firewall turned on so you cannot load the pics or you are missing some components of Microsoft, either Direct X or .DLL directory. I've just read your post, so this might not be the solution. I have to try it out myself to see the problem.
