Just wondering what people are doing to maintain sanity these days. How is all this isolation affecting you and what are you doing about it?
I've gotten fat(ter) and depressed and been feeling extremely stressed so I started doing more cardio workouts in the last few weeks. It's making a difference to my belt and my spirit but I could definitely use more of a lift.
