I am only going by how I feel and being cut myself I would always prefer a tgirl being the same but it is not a deal breaker. I assume uncut guys will maybe prefer uncut as well. If you look up by country/culture/religion you can see the make up on circumcision. Latina Tgirls for example will largely be uncut.
